Do you pump septic tanks?

No. We do not offer septic pumping — we don't run a pump truck. We handle septic service, repair, and full system installation. If you only need a routine pump-out, a dedicated septic pumping company is the right call, and we're happy to tell you that instead of wasting your time.

What septic work do you actually do?

Repair and installation. That means diagnosing and fixing tanks, baffles, lids, inlet and outlet lines, distribution boxes, and leach field problems, plus installing complete new septic systems with the required Riverside County permits and inspections.

How do I know if my septic system is failing?

The clearest signs are sewage backing up into the house, standing water or soggy ground over the tank or leach field, sewage odor in the yard, and needing to pump far more often than you used to. Any of those means the system needs to be inspected, not just pumped again.

Can a septic backup just be a clogged line?

Often, yes — and that's worth checking before anyone talks about replacing the system. The line running from the house to the tank can clog or collapse just like a city sewer line. We camera it first so you're not paying to fix a tank that was never the problem.
